1. One-Time Services
For fixed-scope engagements (penetration testing, compliance audits, cloud hardening, training), a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no work has commenced. Partial refunds are available proportional to completed milestones.

2. Recurring Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. A prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase.

3. Incident Response
Due to the urgent and resource-intensive nature of incident response engagements, fees are non-refundable once containment operations have begun. Pre-incident retainer fees are fully refundable if no incident is declared.

4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. shieldeddatapulse (Plaza Mayor 5, 28012 Madrid, Spain) reserves the right to deduct administrative fees of up to 5% for processing.

5. Disputes
Refund disputes should be directed to [email protected]. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration under Spanish commercial law.
